Return & Exchange Policy

According to the EU Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, as a consumer, you have the right to return and exchange goods unconditionally within 14 days of receiving them. 1. Unconditional Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your item without providing any reason for your return or exchange. This period is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by you or a third party (not the carrier) nominated by you.



2. Conditions of Return and Exchange

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please make sure that:

The goods are unused and undamaged;

The goods and original packaging are in good condition, including but not limited to labels, instructions, accessories;

The goods are free of any man-made damage.



3. Return and Exchange Process

1. Contact customer support: Please submit a return or exchange request through our official customer service channel, including the order number and product information.

2. Confirm the return request: We will provide you with the return address and detailed operating instructions within 24 hours.

3. Send back the goods: Please follow the guidelines to send the goods back completely, and it is recommended to use a trackable logistics service.

4. Return inspection and refund: We will conduct a quality check within 7 working days after the goods are returned, and will process the refund or exchange within 14 days after meeting the requirements.



4. Return Shipping

Unless the product is of the wrong quality or sent incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure that your items arrive safely, please choose a tracking delivery method.



5. Refund Time

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the arrival of the returned item and the inspection confirming that it is eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and the refund process may be subject to the processing time of the payment platform.



6. Ineligible Products

Goods that have been opened or used;
